Bowden Massage
Swedish or Relaxation Massage – This is a gentle and relaxing technique that uses long, flowing strokes kneading and frictions, adjusting the pressure to suit your needs. Ideal for stress relief, relaxation and improved circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage – This technique targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It focuses on areas of tension and can help relieve discomfort, muscle tightness and pain.
Trigger Point Therapy – focuses on specific “trigger points” (tight areas of muscle tissue that cause pain in other parts of the body) Ideal for pain relief, soothing muscle tension, and improvement of muscle function.
Aromatherapy Massage – Combines essential oils with a soothing Swedish massage. Ideal for stress relief, emotional wellbeing and relaxation.

Alongside this, Laura has dedicated 15 years to teaching yoga, guiding students towards greater flexibility, strength and mindfulness.
Passionate about achieving a balanced lifestyle, Laura believes in integrating health, fitness and self-care into the hustle of daily life. With a deep understanding of the demands of a busy lifestyle, Laura helps clients create space for relaxation and rejuvenation through personalised massage and yoga practices.
